言い方はいくつかあります。
「提出」はsubmit、hand in、turn inと言うので、「再」と言う意味のreかagainを加えます。
例
先生に、レポートを再提出するように言われた。
The teacher told me to resubmit the report.
The teacher told me to hand in the report again.
resubmit＝再提出 reは再度、また、submitは提出という意味です。
turn in/ hand in は提出するという言い方です。again（また、再び、再度）という意味をプラスすることで、一度提出したけど、再度提出しなおすこと＝再提出と言えます。
・I was so disappointed because my teacher told me to resubmit my paper.
(私は先生からレポート再提出しなさいと言われてがっかりした）
disappoint=がっかりする、失望する
・I will resubmit as soon as possible. (できるだけ早く再提出します）

→ Please resubmit your identification documents.
「再提出」が英語で「resubmit」と言います。

私は、論文を修正し、再提出致しました。 ー I revised my thesis and resubmitted it.
あなたはその空欄を埋めて再提出してください。 ー Please fill in those blanks and resubmit it.
