上司は急いで仕事をしているように見えないって英語でなんて言うの?
一緒に仕事をした際、あまりにも早くてびっくりしました。ですが、先輩は急いで仕事をしているように見えなかったのでそれを英語でなんというか知りたいです。

surprised は「驚いた」ですが
2文目の astonish は「すごく驚いた」という意味になりますので
あまりにもびっくりしたという意味に使えます。
get ~ done で「〜を終わらす」
seem は「〜に見える」
in rush で「急ぐ・焦る」
