店内や、商品の撮影は可能なのですが、他のお客様が写らないようにお願いしています。
実際に「写真を撮っていいか？」と聞かれた時にいつも何と答えたらいいか分からず「no other customers in photo, please!」とだけ答えていますが、正確にはなんと答えるのがいいのでしょう？
また、店内にそれについての注意書きを貼っておきたいのですが、そこには何と書けば分かりやすいですか？

「他のお客様の写真を撮るのをお控えください。」
refrain from で「〜を控える」という意味です。
2) For customers taking pictures of store merchandise, please avoid taking picture of customers
「店内の商品に写真を撮影するお客様は、他のお客様の写真を撮影するのはお控えください。」
avoid 動詞のing で「〜するのを避ける・〜するのを差し控える」という意味です。
