Cameras allowed とは撮影や写真などは大丈夫とのことです。つまり、カメラで写真や動画や撮影などは大丈夫です、と言う意味です。 逆の言葉としてCameras not allowed と使いますが、「撮影禁止」の意味です。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your customers that they are allowed to take pictures in your store. In the first sentence you will see the phrase feel free. We use this phrase to let our listeners know they shouldn't hesitate doing something. In the second sentence you will see the word heart. This word has many meanings, but in this sentence it means to like something very much.
上記二つの例文は、店内での写真撮影が許可されているとお客さんに伝える言い方です。 最初の例文では"feel free"というフレーズに気が付いたと思います。これは、相手に遠慮しなくて大丈夫だと伝えるときに使われます。 例文2では"heart"という言葉を使っています。"heart"には様々な意味がありますが、この文章では「大好き」という意味です。

"Photos are permitted""Cameras are welcomed" Both of these expressions are used to let people know that pictures are allowed to be taken in a certain place. In the U.S. both expressions are very common, they are usually posted at the entrance of the establishment.
"Photos are permitted"(撮影可能です) "Cameras are welcomed"(撮影可能です) 2例とも、その場所で写真を撮ることが許可されていることを伝える場合に使われます。 アメリカでは、どちらの表現もとても一般的で、普通建物の入り口に表示されます。
