製造年が8年以内の家電製品って英語でなんて言うの？

「家電製品」はapplianceと言います。
Within the last 8 years → （過去）8年以内

例
製造年が8年以内の家電製品しか取り扱いできません。
We can only accept appliances made within the last 8 years.

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。

ーWe can only offer service on home appliances that have been manufactured within the last eight years.
「当店では8年以内に製造された家電のみのサービスを承っています」
home appliances that have been manufactured within the last eight years で「8年以内に製造された家電」と言えます。
