１）「時間が押す」は behind schedule を使って表現できると思います。
The main actor was late arriving so filming is behind schedule.
「主演男優の到着が遅れたので、撮影の時間が押している。」
The project is behind schedule so we need to speed up.
「プロジェクトが遅れているのでスピードアップが必要です。」
２）be pushed back を使っても言えるかなと思います。
The band is playing longer than they were supposed to so everything will be pushed back.
「このバンドが予定より長く演奏をしているから、時間が押してしまう。」
push back には「押しもどす」や「延期する」という意味もあります。

まだ挙がっていない"be running out of time"、「時間がなくなってきた」も載せておきます。"run"は結構面白い用法があり、上記と同じ意味合いで"run"が使われている例では、"The company does not go bankrupt although running in the red for 3 years."みたいなものが考えられます。
