I'll participate in the exhibition at 展示するギャラリー in 地域，国名 organized by 展覧会の主催団体. It'll be held from X to X, coincide with 同時開催されるフェア名.

英語で「同時開催」はhappen at the same time as か Occur at the same time asです。 （二つのイベント同時に行うこと）
自分が参加する展覧会の会期が、同じ地域で開催される大きなフェアと同時期であることを言いたいと、下の英文を使います。
・The exhibition I will take part in is happening at the same time as the big far in the same area.

coincide with はちょっと違うかなと思います。どっちかといえば「重なる」とかそういう印象なので、単純に同じ時に開催することであれば、my exhibition will be happening at the same time as ~. が自然だと思います。
時期が一緒とかであれば、during the same season とかでも良いと思います。どうぞご参考に。
