色々な言い方が可能ですが、ここではまず”let me”を使って自分が予算についてただ単にコメントをする立場であることを明確にして、”I want you to”で相手に期待する仕事を伝える言い回しを考えました。
“Let me”は仕事場でも日常でもとても便利な表現ですよ。

英訳1：
I'm going to cut to the chase and talk about the budget, so consider that when making the plan.「予算に関して率直に話すつもりなので、計画を立てる時はそれを考慮してください」
cut to the chase「単刀直入に言う」

- I'm just going to talk about the budget, so please take that into consideration when you make the plan.
take into「考慮する」

英訳2：I'm going to skip the explanation and just talk about the budget, so please keep that in mind as well when you make the plan.「説明なしに予算についてだけ話すつもりなので、計画を立てる時はそれも覚えておいて」
keep XX in mind「XXを覚えておく」
as well「同様に」

英訳3：I'll comment only on the budget, and you'll make the plan with that in mind. 「私が予算だけについてコメントするから、あなたはそれを踏まえて計画を立てて」
with XX in mind「XXを念頭に入れて」
