いろんな言い方があります。でも一番言いやすいのは
When do you open?
When are you open?
以上のフレーズは、どう違うのでしょうか。
Doは動作という意味です。
ですから「do」を使うと「お店を開ける瞬間」、
つまり「何時から開いていますか」という意味です。
答えは「9:00 am!」
Areは状況という意味です。
ですから、「are」を使うと、「お店が開いている状況」、
つまり「営業時間は何ですか？」という意味です。
答えは「9:00am ~ 10:00pm」です。
もうちょっと丁寧に聞きたいのであれば、
From what time are you open?
と聞くことができます。

開店時間を聞くなら以下の表現が使えます。
What time do you open? 「何時に開店しますか？」
How early are you open?「どれぐらい早くから開いてるんですか？」
また、(business) hours で「営業時間」という意味なので以下のように聞くこともできます。
What are your hours? 「営業時間はいつですか？」

"opening hours" also means the same as "trading hours"

-This expression is quite useful as it allows you to ask for opening AND closing hours?
operating = working
What time does your store open?
-This requests only the opening times although the response might include closing times too.

*Normally=usual conditions. This is asking when does the store open under normal conditions.
>What are your trading hours?
*Trading=activity of buying. This is asking what time is the store open for business.

*Normallyはいつもの状態です。これは店舗がいつ通常の状態で開いているかを尋ねています。
