I'll go if I can = 行けたら行くね I'll try to make it = どうにか[行く](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/75832/)ようにするね Maybe = [もしかしたら](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/35091/)ね 2番目の言い方が一番行く努力の姿勢を見せてる感じがあるので是非覚えて下さい。 <ボキャブラリー> if I can = できたら try to ...

1) Let me try to make it. 2)I’ll let you know if I can. Let me first figure out if I have any prior commitments and I will let you know.

I'll try my best to make it, because I really want to go! I'll be so disappointed if I can't make it. 「いつにならないとわからない」 ~~~, but I won't find out until tomorrow. tomorrow afternoon/evening/morning. next week. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.... • ① I'll go if I can.

  • ② If I can make it.

「① I'll go if I can.」 1: John: Are you coming disco tomorrow?(明日ディスコテック行く?) Julian: If I can make it (可能ならばね)。 例文2: John: What are you doing in Tokyo Julian?(東京で何してるの?) Julian: I'm trying to make it in the English teaching industry here.(ここの英語業界で成功を成し遂げようとしているんだ)。

I'll join/go if I can! I love to go but not sure if I can make it. Can let you know later?

  • I might be able to go but I'll let you know if I can or not

  • (If my plans change) I may be able to go

You want to your friend know that you will keep him/her updated with the phrase" I'll let you know" that way they can expect a possibility that you will come. The word "might" carries a similar feeling like かもしれない or かも in Japanese to point out that there is a chance. If there is not much of a chance that your plans will change and you will most likely not go then change the "might" to "might not". Also "(If my plans change) I may be able to go" sounds more positive because you are giving them hope that your plans may change! Either way, be careful how you use these phrases to avoid misleading others :)
I'll let you know"と言う事で、行けるかどうか後で伝えるというフレーズです。 (If my plans change) I may be able to go"の方が、もしかしたらプランが変わるかも! :)

1. Here, you don't promise anything, just state that there is a chance you will be available. 2. Here, you simply state that you will tell your friend later when your pre-existing plans are confirmed or otherwise: "Fancy going to the cinema at the weekend?" "Mmmm, not sure. I'll let you know." 3. Here you explain that the odds are even that you will be able to go - so you may be able to go.
"Fancy going to the cinema at the weekend?" "Mmmm, not sure. I'll let you know."

Using the above would be the best way to explain that you don't know for sure yet but you will let Him/Her know when you know.
