おかわり＝another serving of, a refill
スープはカップで飲むから、cup of soupと言います。
ですからおかわりを頼む時、
Can I get another cup of soup?
Can I get more soup?
Can I get another bowl of rice?
Can I get more rice?
でも一番言いやすいのは、スープの容器を手に持って、
Can I get a refill?
というフレーズです。
スープの容器を手に持つことはとても大事です。そうしないと、店員さんは何のおかわりかわかりません。
〜英語の頼み方〜
英語での頼み方は、場面によって言い方が違います。
１番簡単な言い方はpleaseです。
Please do this.
でもちょっと押し付けがましいと思われるかもしれません。
押し付けないように、質問で頼みます。
Could I get another cup of soup?
さらに丁寧に言いたい時Mayを使います。
May I get another cup of soup?
さらに丁寧でちょっとフォーマルな言い方は
Would it be possible to get another cup of soup?
〜注意〜
アメリカ人は丁寧に言われると距離感があるので使わない方がいいと思います。丁寧より、友達のように話す方がオススメです。ですから多くの場面では「could you」だけでもいいです。

「おかわり」は another ~ of ~ あるいは、a refill という名詞を使っても表せます。
ですので、スープのおかわりを頂けますかは
Could I have another cup/bowl of soup?
（お水のおかわり等、glassに入っているものでしたら、another glass of water になります）
あるいは,もっとカジュアルに
Can I have a refill?
でもOKです。
We always say please as we are asking for someone to do something for us. The English like to use their manners.
Whichever way you choose to ask for more soup - always start or finish your sentence with 'please'

Thank you - After you received what you have asked for頼んだものをいただいたときにつかう。

B: Sure.もちろんです。＝かしこまりました。
A: Thank you ありがとう。
"Could I get another cup of soup please?" is a polite way of asking the waiter at a restaurant to get serve you another bowl/cup of soup. Adding
"please" at the beginning or the end shows courtesy when requesting something.
"Could I get another cup of soup please?"
