そこまっすぐ行って突き当りを右にまがるって英語でなんて言うの？

お客さんにトイレの場所をしたいため(^^)

追加で、

「右に曲がるとドアがあるので、そこを左に行くとあります」
も教えて欲しいです(^^)

1) Go straight to the end of the hallway then turn right.
「まっすぐ突き当たりまで行って、右に曲がって。」

go straight で「まっすぐ行く」
to the end of the hallway で「廊下の突き当たりまで」

「右に曲がる」は turn right / take a right
「左に曲がる」は turn left / take a left

If you turn right there is a door, go left again and you'll see the bathroom there.
「そこを右に曲がるとドアがあるから、また左に曲がったらトイレがあります。」

道順で「〜があります」や「〜が見えます」という言い方は 
You'll see ~ on your right / left 「〜が右手/左手に見えます」のように言えます。

さらに詳しい案内をする場合は、追加で After turning right, you will see a door; go left there and you will find it. 「右に曲がるとドアがあるので、そこを左に行くとあります。」 というフレーズが便利です。
