疑問点や理由を聞く「なぜ？」で一番多いのは、やはり Why を使った聞き方でしょう。
その他に How come は「〜はどうして・なぜ」という意味です。
例えば、
Why do you have to use "the" instead of "a" in this sentence?
「なぜこの文では"a"の代わりに"the"を使わなければいけないのですか？」
How come you don't say "in the airplane" instead of "on the airplane"?
「"on the airplane" の代わりに "in the airplane" と言わないのはどうしてですか？」
