four times faster than ... で「…より４倍早く」

「1年分の英語を3ヶ月で学ばなければならない。」
ということは1/4の時間で学ばなければいけないということになります。

「一年間留学する余裕がないから、...」
この文を上の文の前につけて言うと良いですよ。
