辺境の地って英語でなんて言うの？

"辺境"は「a frontier」や「a remote region」で表現できます。「frontier」の方は辺境に加え"未知の領域"や"境界地方"と言う意味も兼ねてます。

次の例の「a remote region」は「remote」で"遠方の、人里離れた"または"へんぴな"と言う意味で"地域"は「region」で表現してます。

中心地や都会から離れた場所は、英語で「outskirts」や「remote area」と表現されます。「outskirts」は主に大きな都市や町の外れや周辺を指すのに対し、「remote area」はより人里離れた、アクセスが不便な地域を指します。どちらも辺境の地、僻地という意味合いで使えます。
