まず「アプリ」は英語では「app(アップ)」といいます。
「app」は「application software」の略です。

「これは私のお気に入りアプリです」の最もシンプルな言い方は、

I love this app.
→このアプリが大好きです。

だと思います。
また、「favorite」を使って、

It's one of my favorite apps.
→これは私のお気に入りのアプリの一つです。

と言ってもいいと思います。

いずれの場合にも、好きな理由も伝えた方がいいでしょう。

【例】

I love this app. It's so easy to use.
→このアプリ気に入っています、すごく使いやすいです。

This app is my favourite, let me show you.
I love this app.
This app is great, you should try it.

When you want to show someone your favourite app, the app that you love, you can use one of these three sentences.

Any one of these will help you to be easily understood.

Try one out, and see how you get on.

I hope this helps.
Have a great day.

To pose the question "Have you seen this?", it shows that your excited about it and that you want to show them.
The app is so useful - would only generally be used it it actually helped you do something rather than a game.

When you make the statement: I love this application! There may be many reasons why you love the application, for example: ease of use, helpful information, makes your life easier etc. For example: I love this sports application, I can keep up with all of my favorite sports, wherever I am!

  • This is my favourite app right now

If you want to tell a friend about an app you have discovered and you want them to try it out, you can simply say 'Check out this app, it's amazing.' The expression 'check out' implies that you want your friend to download the app and experience it for themselves.

You can also say 'I love this app, you have to try it yourself' or 'this is my favourite app right now.' Both of these examples show that you are extremely passionate about this app and want to share it with other people.

1) This is my favorite app!
You should use this one when you are talking to friends and the conversation is centered around new
apps .The exclamation mark at the end of this adds more emotion and shows that you really
enjoy this app.

2) You should try this app, I really like it.
This sentence should be used when you are recommending a certain app to a friend. They might be looking for an app that will show you the best places to go out and eat, then you would show them the app you love and say "You should try this app, I really like it."

3) I love this app
This can be used when you are discussing an app with people and they ask you to give your opinion. You can also use this sentence when you are reviewing and rating the app in the app store.

  • This is one of my favorite apps, could I please show it to you?

In the first answer, you are explaining that this is one of your favorite apps. By saying this it could get the person you are talking to excited to see the app as you are sharing that you like it. It may also help to say "this is one of my favorite apps because of" (say why you like the app) this helps show the reasons why this is your favourite app.

The second answer would be something to say to someone that you may not be as close to, as you are asking them if you can show them the app. This would work better in a business setting or when time is running low and you could say "could you I please show you this app later. "
