「シミュレーション」はそのまま英語でも simulation です。
「結果」は英語で result ですが複数の結果があるのであれば results です。
合わせて simulation results となります。
「資料としてシミュレーション結果もつけてほしいです。」というのであれば、まず資料という単語は英語で material, resource, document のいずれかとなります。どのような資料にもよりますが。
I would like the simulation results included in the material.
（シミュレーション結果も資料に含めて欲しいです）
I would like the simulation results as part of the document.
（資料の一部としてシミュレーション結果が欲しいです）
