この場合で「流れる」は flow で言えばいいと思います。
例文 They know each other well, and the conversation flowed all night long.
「彼らが中よくて、一晩中会話が流れていた。」
例文 The conversation won't flow well if you don't have an interest in what the person you are speaking to is saying.
「相手の言っていることに関心がなければ、話はよく流らないです。」
