外箱が潰れて中身も下の方の物が潰れてたよって英語でなんて言うの？
商品が届いたとき、どのタイミングで潰れたかはわからないけど、複数の箱の中で一つだけ箱が潰れて、その中身も下の方に入ってる物が潰れていた。ということを伝えたいです。
