全然内容があってませんって英語でなんて言うの？

相手が何の話か分かるなら、英語だと「箱の内容」はいらないです。そのとき、その書類を作った人にThe figures are completely wrong だけで通じると思います。このfigures は「数」と似いてます。 もっと丁寧に言いたいなら、the things in the box and what's on (the) paper are completely differentになります。日本語に訳すと「箱に入っている物(中身)と紙に書かれているのが全然合っていません。」になります。 The contents of the box and what's written down are completely different もしくは the contents of the box and what's actually on paper are completely different/wrong でも大丈夫だと思います。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。 ーThe contents didn't match the number/quantities you gave me at all. 「あなたから送られてきた中身の数が全然合っていませんでした」 contents で「中身・内容物」と言えます。 ご参考まで！

・The actual contents don't match the documentation at all. 「実際の箱の中身（contents）が書類の記載内容（documentation）と全く一致しない（don't match... at all）」という意味の最も的確でビジネスでも使える表現です。　 ・The contents are completely different from what the document says. 「箱の中身が書類に書いてあることと完全に異なる」という意味の表現です。completely different from 〜（〜と完全に異なる）を使うことで伝えることができます。
