I’ve had neurological gastroenteritis twice this year. 神経性胃腸炎はneurological gastroenteritsiです。ストレスとそのまま表現したいなら、stress gastroenteritsisと表現してもわかるかもしれません、
もう一つは、I’ve had gastroenteritis caused by stress twice this year. とストレスが原因と明記することも可能です。
Gastroenterritisという単語は医学専門用語なので通常の生活においてはあまり使用しません、代わりに、stomach flu等が頻繁に使われます。子供が胃腸炎という言い方はしませんからね。
I have a stomach flu. と普通に言います、痛い時はもちろん、I have a stomachache.です。
