待ち合わせ・アポイント時間を決めるって英語でなんて言うの？

「待ち合わせ」は英語で "meeting" 、「アポイント」は英語で "appointment" と言います。
「決める」は "Decide" と言います。なので、「アポイント時間を決める」は "Decide the meeting time" または "decide the appointment time" と言います。

例文：
We should decide the meeting time before we forget. 「忘れる前に待ち合わせ時間を決めよう。」
Let's decide the appointment time so that I'm not late. 「私が送れないようアポイント時間を決めよう。」

scheduleも「予定を決める」と言う意味があるので、使えます。
