最後から２番目って英語でなんて言うの？

この言い方が難しいですね！でも使えるようになったら何回も助かるはずです。

最後・下から３行目はThe third line from the bottom

最後・下＝The bottom
※文章の最後・下なので「The」を付けます。

３◯目＝Third
最後＝The last

上から４行目＝The fourth line from the top.
下から２行目＝ The second line from the bottom.

最後から２番目＝Second from the last

あと、最後まだ数える時に、The second to last, the third to lastも言います。
The second to last.

といいますので、

「最後から2番めの駅で降ります」でしたら
I'll get off at the second stop from the last.
でOKです。

second to last
最後から2番目

I’m getting off at the second to last station on this line.
私はこの線の最後から2番目の駅で降ります。
