「〜するまでに」は英語で by the time 〜 と言います。
「幼稚園から帰るまでに」は by the time you get home from kindergarten と言います。by the time you come home だけでも大丈夫です。「家に帰るまでに」となります。
洗濯して干しておく＝ I will wash it and dry it
ですが、日本語も同様で「洗濯しておく」というと乾くまでの過程を意味するので、英語で It will be washed とか I will wash it いうだけでも大丈夫です、わざわざ wash it and dry it という必要はありません。なので、 It'll be washed when you come home, okay? （あなたが帰った頃には洗濯してあるようにするからね？）という感じでも大丈夫です。
I'll wash it and hang it outside to dry before you come back from school.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI'll wash it and hang it outside to dry before you come back from school.
「幼稚園から買ってくる前に、洗って外に干して乾かしておくね」
to hang XX outside to dry で「XXを外に干して乾かす」と言えます。
