「無効になる」は英語で to become ineffective と言います、または to not be effective anymore (もう有効じゃなくなる）とも言えます。to no longer be in effect とも言えます。または、期限が切れた時は expired （期限切れ）と言います。
例：
このスタンプカードは期限が切れてしまい無効だ。
This stamp card is expired and now it is ineffective.
この契約はもう有効ではない。
This contract is no longer in effect.
This contract is not effective anymore.
