車が横転するの「横転する」は roll（転がる）や flip over（ひっくり返る）を使って言います。
例：
My car slipped off the road in the snow storm and rolled into the ditch.
「吹雪で車が道路からスリップし側溝の中に横転した。」
slip off ....「…から滑り落ちる」
ditch「溝」
Someone tried to pass me on a sharp corner but they didn't make it, and their car flipped over as they went off the road.
「急な曲がり角で追い越そうとした人が曲がり損ねて、道路から外れ横転した。」
sharp corner 「急な曲がり角」
go off the road「道路からそれる」
