野球での"8回表"
は英語で、
top of the eighth inning
もしくは
first half of the eighth inning
といいます。
野球用語では
表＝top/first half
裏=bottom/second half
回=inning
です。

選手名を呼ぶときに日本では、「ｘｘ選手」と苗字(名前)の後に「選手」を付けますが、
英語では基本的に苗字(名前)呼び捨てです。
第二次世界大戦中でも敵国のスポーツである野球をするために、すべての野球用語を日本語に訳し直したことから未だに日本語の野球用語が定着してしまっているので、難しいですね。

ちなみに、
「8回裏」は、bottom of the eighth inningと言います。
文で使う時は、前置詞inを使います。
