Compared to は compared with と同じでどんな場合でも、両方使えます。子は入れない方がナチュラルだと思います。上記の二つの答えの中で、上の方が短くて要を得たので、良いです。二つ目の答えには一つ目の[English]を入れても入れなくても大丈夫ですが、同じ文章で同じ単語を使うことを避けることもあります。
