子供が汚すって英語でなんて言うの？

「子供が汚す」は my children make a mess. と言えます。
ここでは子供は複数形になっているので、お子さんがお一人なら child または kid, son(息子）, daughter（娘）のように使い分けられます。

mess は「散らかっていること・何かをこぼしたりしてできた汚れ」を言います。
make a mess「散らかす・こぼして汚す」というニュアンスです。

例：
Regardless of how many times I clean up all the rooms in our house, my children always make a mess again.
「家の部屋全てを何回掃除しても、いつも子供達がまた汚す。」
regardless of 「〜にもかかわらず」

It doesn't matter how often I clean up our house, my children always leave things all over the place.
「子供達がそこらじゅうに物を散らかすから、家を何度掃除しても関係ない。」
It doesn't matter how often I clean up ...「何度掃除しても関係ない」
leave things all over the place 「あちこちに物を出したままにしておく」
