玉入れって英語でなんて言うの？

「玉入れ」という競技は日本独自のものなので、説明が少し必要になります。 まず、「玉入れ」の玉はボールではなく、中に豆(bean)が入ってます。 なので、beanbagになります。その玉を「上方に向けて投げる＝toss」ので、 「玉入れ」＝beanbag tossになります。 また、豆の部分を省きたいのであれば、 ball-toss gameになります。 説明：「玉入れ」= It is game where you throw balls (beanbags) into a basket on a high pole. 例： I participated in the beanbag toss. 私は玉入れに参加しました。

Beanbag toss is one of the most popular events on Sports Day in Japan. Two or more teams compete to see which team can toss more beanbags into their team’s basket which is placed on the top of a high pole before the time limit ends.
