通常業務って英語でなんて言うの？

1.) normal duties (通常業務)　「通常業務」は英語でnormal dutiesと訳せます。Normal dutiesは毎日の普通の業務ということです。
例えば、
In addition to my normal duties, at the end of the year I have to do various other duties so I'm really busy. (年末は通常業務に加えてさまざまな業務が加わるので忙しい)

そして、jobs（仕事）とresponsibilities（責任・義務）も同じニュアンスで使われています。
