リードタイムはもちろん英語でも「Lead time」と言います。
納期の事を示します。
Lead timeを使った例文をいくつか参考までに挙げてみました：

リードタイムは英語から来た日本語ですので、そのまま使えます。でも、最近lead timeよりprocessing timeとprocessing periodの方が見ている気がしますので提案したいと思います。
