シャンプーを詰め替えるって英語でなんて言うの？

「シャンプーを詰め替える」は
refill the shampoo bottle（シャンプーボトルを補充する）
fill up the the shampoo bottle with the refill（詰め替え品でシャンプーボトルをいっぱいにする）
のような言い方ができます。

例：
We're out of shampoo. Do you mind filling it up with the refill?
「シャンプーが切れちゃった。シャンプー詰め替えてくれない？」
out of ...「…がなくなって」

あと、put some more shampoo in the bottle（ボトルにもっとシャンプーを入れる）という言い方もできます。
例：
Do you mind putting some more shampoo in the bottle? It's almost empty.
「ボトルにもっとシャンプー入れてくれない？ほとんど空なんだよ。」
almost empty で「ほとんど空・ほぼ空」という意味です。
