半分の部屋から海が見えるって英語でなんて言うの？

ホテルの説明で、写真を見せて「これがこのホテルから見える景色の一例です」同じく「半分の部屋からは海が見えます！」←ほかの半分からは見えない。と言いたいのですがなんといえばいいでしょうか？
