エクセルに入力するって英語でなんて言うの？

入力する = input; enter

Input と enter を使うと into も必要です。セットですから。
例えば、Input the _ into the spreadsheet. Enter the _ into the table.

しかし、spreadsheet や table を言わない場合は、
