「言う」は英語で say とか tell と言います。
「その瞬間に、その時に、その場で」などは英語で right away （すぐに）、on the spot（その場で）、right then （その時にすぐ）などと言います。
例：
昔ダンス教室に通ってたんだ。
I used to take dance lessons.
嘘だ！
You're kidding!
本当だよ！
It's true!
いつも嘘ついてるじゃん！
You're always joking!
嘘だったらその場ですぐ言うよ！
I would say I was joking right away if it wasn't true!
If I was joking I would say it on the spot!
If it were a joke I would tell you right then!
