「自分のSNSアカウントは母と妻位しか知らない」って英語でなんて言うの？

Only my wife and mother really know my social media. この場合は、「only ~ really」が「〜位」という意味をとります。 また、最近、SNSが普及している中でSNSのアカウントのことを「social media accounts」ではなく、「my/his/her/their social media」と皆がいうようになってきました。
