私の家庭では、あんまり大げさにしないと言うのがモットーなので(苦笑)、あまりオーバーリアクションにならないフレーズをいくつかご用意しました。
Ouch! It's bleeding, isn't it?
痛たただねー。血が出てるもんねー。
Oh is it from your nail?
あら、爪から出てるね。
Let's wash it and put a band-aid on it.
きれいきれいして、絆創膏貼ろうねー。

"Oh, you're bleeding! Your nail? Did you catch it on something?"
「あっ血！」は
"Oh, you're bleeding!" や
"Oh no, there's blood!"
のように言います。
・you're bleeding → 血が出ている状態
・there's blood → 血が見える（少し客観的）
次に「爪？どこかに引っかけちゃったんだね」は
"Did you catch it on something?"
や
"Did you snag your nail on something?"
が自然です。
