明日何の授業をやるのか分からなくて聞くときです。

ーWhat are we going to do for class tomorrow?
「明日授業で何をしますか？」
for class の代わりに in class と言っても大丈夫です。

ーWhat are we up to in class tomorrow?
「明日の授業で何をしますか？」
What are we up to ...? は What are we going to ...? と同じで「〜をする予定ですか？」ということです。
