for class の代わりに in class と言っても大丈夫です。

「明日の授業で何をしますか？」
What are we up to ...? は What are we going to ...? と同じで「〜をする予定ですか？」ということです。

"What are we doing tomorrow?"
→クラスの流れで言えば「明日の授業で何するの？」と自然に伝わります
少し丁寧に、授業だと明確にしたいなら
"What are we going to do in class tomorrow?"
