テラス席が外にあるのであれば outside を使って問題ないと思います。 I'm going to serve the meal は文法的に合ってますが これから食事を持って行くと言ったややまどろっこしい言い方なので 持って行くだけで I'm taking を使う方が良いです。 レストランというとどれくらいフォーマルかは分からないですが 仕事仲間の間の会話でしたら特に気にならないと思います。 更にテーブルの番号などがあれば I'm taking this to table _ _ (席番号）で済みます。
