「逆」は英語で「Reverse」という意味もあります。「その逆はありえない」には「The reverse is not possible」という表現が使って良いと思います。
「アタシがあの男を裏切ることはあっても、その逆はあり得ない。」は「I can betray that man, but the reverse is not possible」という表現になりますが、「I can betray that man, but he can't betray me.」という言い方が自然だと思います。
