Just moment, It takes a lot of time to send.
また、砂時計が出てくるようならunresponsive(反応がない)と表現すると良いでしょう。
例
My skype gets unresponsive, too laggy to send and receive message now.
Oh no, it’s taking forever!
Hey, Jessica! It's been like forever! How have you been?
I'm sending you something on Skype but it's pretty slow
"It's still loading" means that the internet is still working on sending what you're trying to send. You could mix that up with "I'm trying to sending you something on Skype but it's still loading"
or you could simply say that the "Skype connection is slow"
"I'm sending you something on Skype but it's pretty slow"
"I'm sending you something on Skype but it's taking a while"
All of these explain your objective along with the reason that skype is not responding or is lagging(slow connection).
I'm trying to send you something on skype but it's still loadingと一緒に使ってもいいですね。
または、
"Skype connection is slow"
" I'm sending you something on Skype but it's pretty slow"
" I'm sending you something on Skype but it's taking a while"
1. "Going through" is used to express the delivery of a message. If the message isn't going through, the person will not receive your message.
2. We can use "seems to be" to express that something is not factual, so it could be a technical fault, but you are not quite sure.
3. When actions are performed on a computer, there is a loading time. Some take longer than others. When you express that it is STILL loading, your teacher will understand that it is taking longer than expected or longer than the usual average loading time.
When you are trying to send a message and it is not going through to the sender.
"My Skype connection is very slow."
"My Skype seems to be very slack, today."
""My Skype connection is very slow.""
""My Skype seems to be very slack, today.""
1. My Skype is slow today. I'm sending a message but it may take some time to arrive.
2. You may have to wait a while for my message to arrive.
1. Here, you explain the situation and the fact that the message will be delivered slowly.
2. Here, you mention that Skype messages are slow to arrive.
"I'm not receiving your message at my end."
"Oh, sorry, my Skype is slow today. I'm sending a message but it may take some time to arrive."
"OK"
"I'm not receiving your message at my end."
"Oh, sorry, my Skype is slow today. I'm sending a message but it may take some time to arrive."
Skype is playing up. - playing up means that it is not working/or having trouble. best phrase to say would be "I wrote a message, but Skype is playing up and won't send it. (Playing up is a common expression used with machines, people, children, etc which basically means having trouble with or not behaving.
It's not sending. - "Its not sending, Skype must be playing up!")
Skype is playing up.
"I wrote a message, but Skype is playing up and won't send it.
It's not sending.
Skype seems to be slow today, my sent messages are not being delivered.
The internet connection is slow.
Skype is not delivering my messages.
"Skype seems to be slow today, my sent messages are not being delivered."
This statement lets the teacher know that because of the Skype issue, he/she may not receive your sent messages.
"The internet connection is slow."
Slow internet connection can cause a delay in messages being sent and received on Skype.
"Skype seems to be slow today, my sent messages are not being delivered."
"The internet connection is slow."
I have sent something in the chat box, but it is taking a long time.
This phrase starts by explaining your action "I have sent something in the chat box". This lets the teacher know what you have done.
The next part of the phrase "but it is taking a long time" uses a conjunction (but) to add more information about the action and lets the teacher know "it is taking a long time".
I hope this helps.
I have sent something in the chat box" で自分のしたことを説明しています。
Skype is running slow, I sent you a message but it hasn't delivered
Skype isn't functioning properly today. There seems to be a delay
If you say "Skype is running slow" it doesn't literally mean that Skype is "running". In this case, it means it isn't "operating" or "working". This happens to Skype from time to time. There could be an issue with Skype or your internet connection.
"Skype isn't functioning" has the same meaning. "To function" means to work, so again Skype isn't working properly.
A "delay" is something that is late. So in this case, we want to say that there is a delay in the time that the messages are being delivered. It can take more than a few minutes which is a bother because usually, the messages are instant.
I'm having an issue with sending you messages through Skype today.
My messages to you seem to be delayed today.
1. I'm having an issue with sending you messages through Skype today.
If you are having an issue then you are experiencing some difficulty or
you are experiencing a problem.
Another example sentence: He is having an issue with the new intern
in Marketing.
2.My messages to you seem to be delayed today.
If something is delayed then it means that it is not arriving or
coming through in the time period that it is supposed to.
Another example sentence:Their flight was delayed by one hour.
1. I'm having an issue with sending you messages through Skype today.(今日はスカイプでうまくメッセージが送れません)
"I'm having an issue with" は「~に問題がある/~がうまくできない」という意味です。
例文:
He is having an issue with the new intern in Marketing
2. My messages to you seem to be delayed today.(メッセージが届くのに時間がかかっているようです)
Their flight was delayed by one hour.
My connection is making the message take awhile to send.
My skype is lagging right now.
I'm trying to send something to you, but it's taking awhile.
All three of these sentences can be used interchangeably but have some slight differences. Within the first, we can sort of put the blame on our wifi connection to explain why it is taking awhile. The next one is simply explaining that skype is going very slow. The last one, it's simply saying that it is taking longer than expected.
"I am trying to send you something but it is taking a while. My skype is quite slow"
"I am sending you something, but my internet is slow so it may take a while sorry"
If you were taking an online English lesson using skype and you are trying to send something via chat, but your skype is taking a while to send and you would like to make your teacher aware of this, you could say either of the following: "I am trying to send you something but it is taking a while. My skype is quite slow" or "I am sending you something, but my internet is slow so it may take a while sorry".
"I am trying to send you something but it is taking a while. My skype is quite slow"
"I am sending you something, but my internet is slow so it may take a while sorry".
