「3月15日で退職するので、今後の連絡は佐藤さんに」は英語で I’ll be resigning on the 15th of March so you will need to contact Satou san after that もしくは I’m leaving the company on the 15th of March and after that Satou san will be your point of contactになると思います。 一般的に英語で「さん」は使わないので、名前だけ、Mr. Mrs. Ms プラス苗字もしくはフルネームでいいと思います。 定年退職の場合は resign ではなく retire (retiring) になります。 退職する – retire もしくは resign Point of contact の意味は問合せ、問題の時にこの人、ここに連絡すればいいという意味になります。つまり、担当者、責任者、連絡窓口の意味になります。
