国の位置関係や、Webページなどにおける図の位置関係について述べる時、underではなくbelowが適切という認識ですが、合ってますか？
例えば、「日本はロシアの下に位置している」、「このグラフはこの表の下において」はそれぞれ、"Japan is located below Russia.", "Put this graph below the table." と言えますか？
“Put this graph below the table.” は完璧です。 “Japan is located below Russia” もいいですが、地図の話ですから、 “Japan is located south of Russia” の方がいい気がします。 “See below for details” （詳細は下にあります）とか “Figure A below shows the results of the experiment.” （下にある図Aが実験の結果を表しています。）などでよく “below” を使います。
