○○関連って英語でなんて言うの？

I am interested in English and education-related fields. 英語関連や教育関連に興味がある。 Akikoさんの後書きになりますが、fieldは確かに「[分野](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/44766/)」という意味です。 しかし、もう少しざっくばらんに「〇〇系の」とおっしゃいたいのであれば「名詞＋-related」と表現することができます。 ※ただ注意していただきたいのは、education-relatedは「[教育](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34017/)関係の」という形容詞です。

｢関連｣とは｢分野｣とも言えますので、 fieldがいいのではないかと思います。 他にも｢関連する(in relation to)｣や｢関連づける(link/connection)｣などもあります。 例: 英語関連や教育関連に興味がある(be interested in)。 I'm interested in English linguistics (英語言語学) and/or education (教育) field. I'm interested in relation to English and/or education. I'm interested in the things linked/connection to English and/or education.(英語や教育に関連づけられる事)。
