人が十人いれば十の物語が百人いれば百の物語があります。って英語でなんて言うの？

日本語に近いように訳すと次のように言えます。
ーWhere ten people are gathered, there are ten different stories, and if there were one hundred people, there would be another hundred stories.
「１０人集まると１０の物語があり、１００人集まると１００の物語がある。」

またはもっと簡単に
ーEach person's life represents a story unique unto itself.
直訳すると「各々の人生はたった一つの物語を象徴している。」となり、「人生には唯一無二の物語がある」というニュアンスになります。
unique で「ただ一つだけの・唯一無二の」
