「ここにいるとセンサーが反応してドアが開くから奥に行こう」は英語で「If we stay here, we'll trigger the sensor and the door will open, so let's move inside.」と言います。「to trigger」は「～をやったとたんに何かがおこる」という意味です。「奥に行こう」は「move to the back」になりますが店とかスーパーなどは割と広いところで奥まで移動するのは変だと思いますので「もう少し中に入ろう」という「move inside」の方がいいと思います。
ここにいると犬が吠えてうるさくなるからもう帰ろう。
