When a friend is coming over, it is common to say:
'Come on in'
This means come right inside.
'Make yourself at home'
This means make yourself comfortable as if it is their own home.

Come on in＝どうぞ入って

Come make yourself at home＝さあ、入ってくつろいで
一番ウェルカムな言い方でしょう。Make yourself at homeと言うのは「自分の家に居るかのようにくつろいじゃって」と言う意味です。聞いただけでほっこりしちゃいますね。

3. Mi casa, su casa is a Spanish phrase sometimes adopted by other language speakers which means, "My house is your house." Just a way of being warm to your guest. "su' is formal for 'you' but may be substituted with 'tu' if it is a close friend or family member.
