右に動かす、右上に動かす、右下に動かすって英語でなんて言うの？
PCのスクリーン上でアプリを、もしくは、アプリ内で、図（chart, table, etc.）の配置を変える時です。特に右上に動かすは、"Move it (in/to) the upper right direction." で合ってますか？ただ、もっと簡単に言える表現がないかと思っています。また、"Move it right."それとも"Move it to the right." ?

右に動かすとは Move it right. / Move it to the right. どちらでも良いです。ただ、右上か右下の際は右の分が普段 "to the right" のほうが使われていますのでそれを全般的に使うほうは楽になるかもしれません。
右上に動かすとは Move it up and to the right. と言うのは普段です。"up" の方は必ず先に言うわけではありませんがそのほうは言いやすくて自然です。Move it to the right and up. は少し不自然な気がします。
右下に動かすとは同じく Move it down and to the right. の方が良いです。
＊Move it to the up/down. とは言えません。
